1. Safety requirements from enterprises Safety Standardization 企業(yè)安全標準化對崗位安全的要求: ? 負責做好本職范圍內的安全技術工作；
In charge of safety technical work in your job scope ? 組織制定、修訂安全生產操作規(guī)程并培訓一線員工；
Stipulate and revise production operating procedures ? 開展現場檢查，發(fā)現隱患，提出整改措施；
Deploy field audits, find non-conformities and raise corrective/preventives measures ? 在裝置開、停工、設備檢修、改造、變更工藝方案前，提供相應的技術支持、考慮安全技術措施的應用；
Provide corresponding technical supports with consideration of safety technical measures before unit start-up, shutdown, equipment maintenance and modifications. ? 參加生產事故的調查、分析、更正/預防措施的實施。 Participate investigation, analysis and treatment of incident/accident. 2. Operations 生產: ? Monitor safe start-up and shutdown, trouble-shooting on routine operations of AA distillation and BA unit? Implement and support product quality, quantity and yields improvements ? Improve distillation and BA unit reliability for the process and equipment? Work with process to debottleneck distillation up to 750t/d/line. ? Issue monthly operations report for Distillation and BA unit in terms of safety performance, quality, and production volume vs planned and budgeted, yields analysis, OAU and production losses categories, improvements of action plan etc. 3. Management 管理:? Assist management on routine operations management to realize workshop objectives. ? Update SOPs periodically and issue MOCs in terms of HSEQ, operability and reliability improvements. ? To be back-up when the workshop leader is absent. 4. Others 其它- Technical exchanges with BU sister plants- Capex projects involvements
